We currently only ship to the UK
All UK orders will be sent via EVRI next day Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt if the order is placed before 12pm
Sometimes the area where the delivery is going to is not able to be shipped next day which is out of our control. The next day delivery charge is £3.95 and as soon as we send the parcel we always send the buyer a photo of the delivery receipt with the delivery number on which means the customer is able to track the delivery themselves nia the tracking number
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of them being
placed.
To us our packaging is a big part of our brand and connection to other blues. We want the opening to be special and the products to arrive safe, so that's what you can expect.
We've used various couriers since starting but have found Evri to be reliable and quick for orders to the UK .
Once your package has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 90 day returns policy. If you want to return an order, it must be returned in a perfect, sellable condition in order for a complete refund.
You must pay for and organise the shipping yourself. To organise returning an order to us, please email sales@manchestermade.co.uk
If you have a problem with your order, inform us as soon as possible on sales@manchestermade.co.uk and we will find a solution for you. If you are returning goods to us, always include your name, order number, address and brief description in the package.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, because we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Once we receive an item back from you, we will contact you as soon as we can.
